HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

You simply add the information you would like shown to the form you'll receive after downloading. This comes with you're welcome kit “digital download”

You're paying for the marketing exposure by being showcased on this website and others shares by anyone who wishes. There will continuous efforts into making sure this continues to grow and stay updated. Along with fture potential to share advertising across my platforms.

RULES & REGULATIONS

All partnerships will be amicable relationships and will be based on a 6-12 month term. Partnership(s) can be terminated at any time based on either parties choices. Both parties (provider “WHIT SIMS & JAMES LLC” & consumer “you/business subscriber”) mist terminate partnerships via written email with date of end. If any situation arises and subscribing party shows to be unable to uphold good business practices (see FTC.gov & BBB for outlines of general practices), you will be immediately removed, and subscription will be canceled.

REFUNDS & TERMINATIONS

Refunds(s) for the month of removal will not be made. When purchasing membership, your have right to cancel anytime. The complete breakdown includes links for the subscription where you can cancel/change anytime services anytime you wish. This will be included in the digital download described above in you're welcome packet.

Please Note

We update the list at the beginning of each month and once a month. If you have not paid the dues & submitted the form by the 5th of each month, then your info will not show up until the next month. Any updated forms/changes need to be submitted before the fifth day of the month.
